Butchers of Romania  

March 2025 marks Team Romania’s highly anticipated debut at the World Butchers’ Challenge in Paris. Representing a rich culinary heritage and a deep passion for the craft, this team has gone above and beyond to promote butchery on their journey to the global stage.

With four national casting events, TV appearances, live demonstrations, and countless efforts to raise awareness, Team Romania proudly claims to be a very involved team in showcasing the art of butchery. While their humility shines through—“we don’t know how good we are, but we are showmen”—their energy and dedication are undeniable.

Expect a performance full of flair, creativity, and passion as Team Romania sets out to inspire and leave their mark in Paris. The world is watching, and they’re ready to bring the show!
